We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team in Bicester. This role involves managing property sales processes, negotiating offers, liaising with buyers and sellers, and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. 

An experienced sales negotiator who leads on instructions and negotiations, mentors junior team members, drives performance, and ensures sales progress smoothly while maintaining high professional and service standards.

A proactive, people-focused sales negotiator responsible for registering applicants, conducting viewings, progressing sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience from first enquiry to completion.
