First impressions matter. With most buyers beginning their property search online, your home will often be discovered first through property portals, our own website or our digital marketing channels. That’s why we put so much care into making sure it looks its very best from the start.

Photography

The first task for our team will be to capture all exterior and interior photography. They will use industry-leading cameras, assisted by professional lighting.

In some cases, a drone may be used to capture an elevated view of your property, showing off the surrounding landscape, flown by one of our CAA certified pilots.

The photographer may also take ‘lifestyle’, or feature photographs, feel free to point out any special features of your property to our photographer on the day. To help us capture the best interiors possible, please remove any non-essential items from rooms, ensure beds are made up and remove any laundry baskets, clothing and toys.

Virtual Tour

As part of our service we provide virtual Matterport tours. This will produce a 3D model of your home that people can ‘walk through’ from the comfort of their own.

Preparing for this is no different than for photography, and our photographer will assist you if necessary.

Floor Plan

If your floor plan is not produced via Matterport's infrared system, the photographer will use a laser measurement tool to ensure floor plans are accurate. Please point out any outbuildings and garages if they are not immediately visible.

Finishing Touches

Once our photographer has left, the magic begins. Your photos will be edited, colour corrected and perspective adjusted to make sure they look perfect. If your shoot happened on a cloudy day, don’t worry! Our team will insert a blue sky and adjust the image to appear crisp and bright.

Your photos will be uploaded overnight, or sometimes even the same day, for use online. We’re certain you’ll love them, but if you’re not happy with an image, let your sales agent know and we’ll get to sorting it right away.
